Share your dashboard with someone who has no account
Sometimes the person who needs the numbers is not on your account: a board member, an investor, a client you run ads for, or the wall screen in your call centre. Export → Share a link publishes your dashboard at a web address anybody can open without signing in. There are two kinds.
A snapshot: frozen, and it says so
A snapshot is a copy of your dashboard as it stood the moment you took it, and it never updates. The band across the top names it and says when the numbers were taken, in your business's own time zone, because a page that looks live and is not is the one way a share like this does damage. If you want a fresher picture, take another one.
A live link: for the screen on the wall
A live link shows your current numbers instead, refreshes itself while it sits open, and its band says so in green. It is the one to put on a television in a sales floor or a support room. It is part of the Pro plan; the snapshot is not, and everything below is true of both.
What it does NOT carry
Your leads and customers never travel with it. The totals, the channels, the campaigns, the spend, the calls and the traffic are all there; the names, email addresses, phone numbers and call recordings behind them are removed before the snapshot is stored, not hidden when it is drawn. Because of that the Leads and Customers tiles do not appear on a snapshot at all, even though they are only counts. Neither does the page carry any way back into your account: there is no sign-in, nothing to click through to, and no key of yours anywhere in it.
Withdrawing one
Open Export → Share a link again and every link you have made is listed with a Withdraw beside it. Withdrawing is immediate and final: anybody holding that address stops being able to open it, including a screen showing it right now, and it cannot be brought back. Make a new one instead. A link nobody withdraws expires by itself after a year.
Who can make one
Owners and admins. Publishing your revenue to an address anybody can open is not a decision a member should be able to make on their own, and a link can never show a data area the person who made it was not allowed to see. A live link fixes that at the moment it is made and keeps it, so what the screen shows never changes because somebody's permissions did.
It is in your activity log
Every link made and every one withdrawn lands on Activity, with who did it and when, so nobody has to remember.
