Keap Lead Sources: make Keap’s own ROI report agree with this one
Keap Max Classic and Ultimate carry a Lead Source ROI report your team may already read. Without this module it knows nothing about the ad campaigns this dashboard attributes revenue to. Turn on Keap Lead Sources in Settings → Modules and every ad campaign with spend becomes a Keap Lead Source named after the campaign, each new lead whose first-touch campaign matches gets that lead source set when it has none, and each month’s ad spend is recorded as the source’s expense.
Nothing is written until you say so
Turning the module on only drafts the plan. The next publish (about eight times a day) reads your campaigns and your leads and shows exactly what a yes would do: which sources it would create, how many leads it would assign, which months of spend it would record. An owner or admin then ticks the box on the module’s page. Every publish after that applies the plan and reports what it wrote, and the page keeps a ledger of every run.
What it never does
It never changes a lead source a person chose, never deletes anything, never records the same month twice, and writes nothing while Keap is marked read only on the Flow page. A source it created carries a description beginning “Created by MyVitalAssistant” in Keap, so yours and ours stay tellable apart.
