You ask your numbers questions all day. This is where you ask us.
Sending your revenue back to Google and Meta
Your ad platforms know what they spent. They do not know what it earned, because the money arrives weeks later in your CRM and nothing carries it back. Reporting it back is what lets Google bid on the customers who actually pay you rather than the ones who merely click, and it is the half of the loop almost nothing in the Keap world closes.
What we send, and what we never send
A sale that can be traced to a click: the click id, the amount, the currency and the time. No names, no email addresses, no phone numbers. The click id is a string the ad platform gave us in the first place, so we are handing back their own reference with a number attached.
You decide, per destination
Consent is asked separately for Google and for Meta, because they are different companies and turning one on is not turning the other on. Nothing is sent from your account until you say so, and the plan is shown before anything moves: which sales, how much, and how many were skipped and why.
A sale with no value is counted, never guessed
A won deal with an empty value is skipped rather than sent as a zero, and the page tells you how many. A zero would teach Google that those customers are worthless, which is the opposite of the truth and considerably worse than sending nothing.
Where Meta stands, honestly
Google works today. Meta does not yet, and the reason is a credential rather than anything you have done. The Meta connection you make here reads your ad spend, which is what it was granted permission to do. Posting conversions back needs a different credential that Meta issues separately, and we are still working through their review. Until that lands, the page says so instead of letting you press Send and handing you an error from Meta that reads like your fault.
Nothing about your Google sending is affected by that, and no revenue is lost in the meantime: the sales are still recorded here and will be there to send when Meta opens up.
Sent once, and recorded
Every sale we report is written down, so the same order is never sent twice however many times the job runs, and any contact record shows whether that person’s money reached the ad platform and when. A claim you cannot check is just a claim.
