You ask your numbers questions all day. This is where you ask us.
Saved reports: pins, sharing, and whose name is whose
A saved report remembers a way of looking, range, comparison, filter, chart choices, not a snapshot of numbers. Opening one replays that view on today's data. Save one from the dashboard under Export → Save view, then manage it on the Reports page.
Pin it and it lives in your sidebar
Pin puts the report in your sidebar's SAVED REPORTS section the moment you press it, and Unpin removes it just as fast. Pins are yours alone: pinning something does not put it in anyone else's sidebar, same as your bookmarks bar.
Sharing, and the access it may carry
Share hands a report to someone on your account. If the report shows data their role cannot see, we say so before anything happens: a member sharing has to ask an admin, and an admin granting wider access is told exactly what they are granting. Nothing widens silently.
Renaming is yours, on your copy
Rename swaps the title into an editable field right on the row, Enter saves, Escape cancels. And here is the part worth knowing on a team: your rename changes the name only for you. People a report was shared with keep the name it had when they got it, and if the creator renames it later, everyone who already has it still sees the old name; only people it is shared with from then on receive the new one. Renamed your own copy? Nothing anyone does, including re-sharing it to you, overwrites your choice. Pins, share links, and schedules all keep working through any rename, because the report's identity never changes, only what someone calls it.
Scheduled delivery
Any saved report can post its freshly computed numbers to a webhook on a cadence, daily, weekly on Mondays, monthly on the 1st, into Zapier, Make, Slack, or your own endpoint. The numbers are computed by code from your published data at send time, the same way the dashboard computes them. Email delivery is coming.
