You ask your numbers questions all day. This is where you ask us.

Competitors: who outranks you, over time, and what fixes it

Turn on the Competitors module, make sure your business details carry an industry and a service area, and we pull your local rivals from Google Places. The search is exactly what a customer would type, and the standing weighs rating by review volume, the same math a customer’s eye does. A perfect five with three reviews does not outrank a 4.8 with three hundred.

The overview

Six figures against the last snapshot: your rank, your rating against the field’s average, your reviews and how many arrived since, your review pace against the field’s, your AI visibility score, and how many of the checks on your own listing pass. Under them, the field as a podium and a table with reviews gained this month, each rival’s AI grade and their home page’s speed on a phone, your reviews over time against the two best rivals, and what moves you up as arithmetic: hold your rating and reach this many reviews, which at your pace is about this many months.

Time, and where it starts

Every refresh adds one dated point of the whole field to a history. Reviews gained, review pace and the lines on the chart all read from it, against the newest point at least four weeks old. The lines start the day the module was switched on; there is no history before that, and the page says so rather than drawing one. The field refreshes every month unless you ask for every two weeks or every week under Settings → Modules → Competitors, where you can also add up to two more searches beside the one from your business details. Each gets its own field, its own history and its own chip on the page.

A rival opened

Click a business in the field and you get their standing against yours over time, where they beat you in numbers, their listing as Google shows it, and their home page’s speed beside yours from Google PageSpeed, which runs on any public page. Every fact there is what a customer can see on Google or on their site. No spend, no traffic, no revenue for them: we do not have theirs and will not estimate it.

Your listing and AI visibility

Your listing is how the world sees you: your Google listing, your site’s own description, your social links, and the checks worth fixing this afternoon, such as hours missing from the listing or a phone number that differs from the one on your site. If we cannot find your listing in the field at all, we say that plainly, because that IS the gap and claiming your Google Business Profile is the fix. AI visibility scores whether an AI assistant can read and cite your site, out of 100, with the fixes that move it most first. Rivals show a number and a grade only; their fix list is not ours to publish.

Google Business Profile

Impressions on Search and Maps, calls from the listing, website clicks and direction requests need your own Google sign-in and Google’s approval of our app for the Business Profile APIs, a review applied for once that takes weeks. The card on the overview reads Connect the day it lands and pretends nothing before.

Digital businesses

If your profile says you sell digitally, this page tells you the truth: a map ranking does not matter for a business without a map pin. You get who Google lists for your industry with no location attached, marked beta, and no gap arithmetic built on it.

Your profile drafts itself

If we have your website from signup, we read it once and draft the profile for you. You confirm or fix it in Settings → Business. Nothing uses the draft until you save it.
