A busy few days. Each item links to its own article where there is more to say.
Whose leads count is now yours to say: junk tags, owners by the CRM’s own owner field, and field rules, on Keap and HighLevel alike. Every number that shows leads says what it left out. Lead rules.
Health, Data flow as cards with a diagram behind a toggle, Recipes, and an Execution log. Each flow card says what moves, how many times it ran and when it last did. Data flow cards and recipes.
One rule each: when an order is paid, a call is missed, a form is submitted, a booking is made or a deal moves stage, apply a tag, remove one, write a note, set a field or achieve a Keap goal. Every run is a receipt. Recipes.
Ask for a look and the dashboard rearranges on the spot, not saved until you say so. Ask for a figure the fixed tiles do not show and it becomes a tile on your dashboard, computed fresh on every load. Ask for a colour and the dashboard wears it, on every device. Owners and admins can also draft a recipe or a set of lead rules by asking, with the editor as the confirmation. Ask AI can shape the screen now.
Every tile leads with a dot in your accent and carries its change as a green or red pill. ROAS can be a gauge against a goal you set, a dial that is grey to the goal and orange past it, switched by the pill under the tile, and conversion always draws as a ring. Small tiles show a picture too: the counts draw their trend, with the day and its figure named under the line when you rest on it, and AOV and time to close draw a bar against last period. Under Library, a LOOK tab: orange, blue, purple or gold, with soft, round or square corners. Green and red are never accents, because they always mean good and bad news. Make the dashboard yours.
Each stage now gets one answer, Open, Won or Lost, on Settings, Modules, Pipelines. That decides what counts as open pipeline and what counts as won revenue, on the board, on the dashboard tiles and in the morning brief, which now all report the same figure. We guess from the stage name, show you the guess, and store nothing until you save. Pipelines.
How many deals are open and what they are worth, and what closed won in the last seven days. Before this the only deal news it could carry was a stalled-deal warning, so a working board produced silence. The daily brief.
A move, a close, a value change or a note now writes a note into your CRM saying who did it, and lands on your activity feed carrying the deal’s own id, which you can paste straight back into search. The activity log.
Where the script lives, what a field is for, how a number is built. It reads these articles and says when it is not certain rather than inventing a menu. Ask AI.
The morning brief reads the rhythm of a customer’s payments before calling them lapsed, so an annual client is not flagged in month two. The follow up nudge skips people who have already paid. The controls across the top of the dashboard read as two tidy rows on a laptop instead of scattering across the width. And the guides at vitalconsulting.net grew eight new ones with a filter by topic.
