A busy month. Each item links to its own article where there is more to say.
Studio is a Looker Studio report canvas, and it is the look an account opens in until somebody chooses another. Classic is a 1962 instrument panel: cream or diner-green paper, odometer figures, and a walnut rail among its menu finishes. Edge is a glass cockpit. Clay, in beta, is warm and quiet: cream paper, serif figures, and a charcoal night. Everybody is asked once which look they want, in a box over the first page they open: press a look to see the page behind the box in it, then keep it or keep what you have. Change yours any time under Settings, Profile, Appearance; your look is saved to you and follows you to every device you sign in on. On Classic, pick the paper the page is printed on by day and by night, saved to you the same way. The paper rows follow your theme: Light shows the day papers, Dark the night ones, Auto both. Checkboxes and radios are drawn by each look too.
Each person picks their own look under Settings, Profile, Appearance, and it follows them to every device. An agency can choose the look its clients open in on its client roster, for anyone who has not picked one themselves.
If your Keap runs on Opportunities rather than Pipelines, the board is yours: every stage Opportunity Defaults marks active, Won and Lost where Keap puts them, days in stage from Keap’s own stage history, and the value Keap’s own header shows. Drag a record to a stage and Keap moves it. Open a record and set its next action, add a note to its contact and change its text fields, saved to Keap in one press, with the contact beside it. Choose which Keap records you use under Settings, Modules, Pipelines, and only that board is read. The older Keap board.
A board that does the work after the sale (delivery, fulfilment, onboarding) is marked Operational on Board settings. It is worked exactly as before and counted nowhere: not the strip, the By card, the trend, the brief, the dashboard or Ask AI. The page names the boards it left out, with their record counts. Pipelines.
The Overview is the figures; the Pipelines row is the board; Deals (or Opportunities) is the list; Analytics is the sales manager’s half, with status, the monthly trend and owner performance side by side. A board with one owner shows no owner picker.
On the Revenue tab of QuickBooks Sync settings: every paid Keap order of the last 90 days with no matching payment, sales receipt or deposit in your books, each ending at its order in Keap. A row is a sale to look for, not proof it is missing. QuickBooks.
A page for what each platform cost, what each campaign cost and what came back: spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, leads, cost per lead, revenue and ROAS, with a Pushes view showing what was sent back to the platforms. Advertising.
Paid sales that came from a Google click are reported to Google as conversions, so campaigns optimise on money rather than form fills. The first account went live on October 5th. Sending conversions back.
Your lead rules, a past site outage and “ad spend is not connected” are said once, and again when they change, instead of every morning. Each reader picks their own periods on the Settings brief card. The brief also stops calling a subscription churn once Keap says it was stopped on purpose, and skips the boards you untick. The daily brief.
Any Tracking Form can ask its questions as a conversation with an AI assistant, in beta, chosen under How it asks on the form’s Design tab. Visitors type or speak their answers, and a field with options asks with buttons. What they say fills in the form, and the lead arrives exactly as a form fill does: the same attribution, the same answers into your CRM, the same thank you or web address after. The assistant knows only your business’s name, so it never quotes a price or promises anything, and the form itself is one press away for anybody who would rather fill it in.
Until now a Tracking Form sent your CRM the name, email, phone and where the visitor came from, and nothing else. Now every answer gets there. On the form’s Fields tab, your CRM’s own contact fields sit under From your Keap (or HighLevel): add one and the form asks it in its own shape, a dropdown with its own options, and the answer is saved into that field. Any other question can be saved into one of your text fields from the field’s Saves to setting. Everything that is not saved into a field, the message included, goes into one note on the contact, labelled with its question. In Keap, a dropdown’s answer is saved into the field while it is still one of that field’s options there, and goes in the note otherwise. A date, number or yes-or-no field, and a HighLevel dropdown, is asked on the form in its own shape and its answer goes in the note for now, until writing that kind of field has been proven. When two CRMs are connected, Where leads go on the Design tab says which of them each form sends to, and each one you tick gets the whole lead. The same goes for a form that asks as a conversation, since the conversation fills in the form.
Connect your own PayPal Business account under Settings, Modules, Affiliates, in beta, and a payout run sends every ready PayPal line in one press: PayPal emails each affiliate, and the run shows what PayPal did with each payment. Start with your app’s Sandbox keys, which send test money between PayPal test accounts and hold nothing. Keap’s ledger stays the ledger, so after a real run you record each payment in Keap, and a line paid through PayPal waits until Keap shows it, so nobody is paid twice. Affiliates.
A lead number leads with what it is based on, says how many contacts match today beside how many arrived, and counts a web-form contact nobody has assigned yet. Lead rules.
Every Keap record on screen opens in Keap in a new tab. On Keap Max, whose screens live at a different address, contacts open there and the other records show their id until we have each screen's address. The dashboard’s chart reads round figures and dates in words, and so do its tips and its footer. The Tips card shows three at a time with the rest one press away, the ✕ on a tip asks whether to dismiss it or hide it for anything from an hour to a week, and recurring payers who stopped on the same day share one tip, since several stopping at once is usually the billing rather than the customers. The LEADS tile says its lead rules in one line, the whole sentence one press away and above the rows when you open the tile. Opening a tile’s records keeps the tile on screen, a tile moves by its grip, and a chevron says it opens. Alert emails wait for a problem to prove itself, and a tracking problem is its own alert rather than a “reconnect”. Call Tracking names a matched caller, on the page, in the drawer and in the export, for anyone who may see contacts. The owner’s row on Settings, Users carries which CRM user the owner is, so the owner’s Mine view on Pipelines works. The agency roster and the Users card show a change the moment it is saved. A large pipeline board no longer cuts the dashboard short: the board was being counted against the dashboard’s data though the dashboard never loads it, which left some accounts showing only their last thirty days. A Tracking Form can send the visitor on to a web address after a submit instead of thanking them on the page, chosen on its Design tab, with their answers added to the address when you tick the box for it. Revenue from a visitor ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini or Copilot sent your way has its own AI assistants line on the dashboard instead of landing in Other. Landing Pages is a module of its own in the menu, in beta. From November 12th Meta counts sales it matches on the customer’s own device, so its reports will run higher than yours here; Advertising says why.
