Keap knows what you invoiced. QuickBooks knows what actually got paid. If you run your money through QBO, connect it in Settings → Connections and flip the QuickBooks Sync module on - revenue then counts from your books: payments, sales receipts, and customer deposits posted to income accounts.
The QuickBooks connection in this product is read-only by construction - the code that talks to QBO physically has no write verbs in it. This is not a settings checkbox someone can fat-finger. Your bookkeeper can stand down.
The Disconnect button appears once connected. Click it and we revoke the connection at Intuit and delete the stored credentials. No passive-aggressive retention flow, no "are you SURE sure?" - one confirm and it is done.
