Activity in the sidebar is your account’s own record: connections made and broken, modules turned on, dashboards saved and shared, people invited and their permissions changed, and the automatic work that happens overnight.
Moving a deal, closing it won or lost, changing its value and adding a note all land here, naming the deal and carrying the deal’s own id. That id is the point: paste it into the search box and you get the row back, and paste it into your CRM and you get the record. A bulk change lands as one row naming the deals it touched.
The same change also writes a note onto the deal in your CRM saying we did it and who asked, so somebody working in Keap or HighLevel rather than here still finds out. If that note cannot be written we say so on the row rather than letting you assume a trail exists.
Rearranging your own dashboard is not in there. Neither is every individual call arriving. A log that records non events is a log nobody reads, so this one records CHANGE: the nightly sync appears only when deals actually moved, and calls appear only when a new platform starts sending or when a delivery is refused.
Money, people and raw diagnostics are for owners and admins. A member does not see that a card was declined or that somebody’s permissions changed, because that is the account’s private business rather than theirs. Everything about the work itself, syncs, publishes, connections, dashboards, everyone sees.
If your call platform sends us something we cannot read, that lands here with the exact payload attached, so whoever wired it up can see what actually arrived rather than guessing. That entry is admin only, since it is another platform’s raw data.
