When something looks wrong
My dashboard shows no data. The first fill happens with the nightly publish after Keap connects. If you just connected today, tonight is the night. If it has been more than a day, email us - that is on us to fix, not you.
The board has not caught a deal I just moved in Keap. It refreshes every 15 minutes and the page updates itself. If you are the impatient type (welcome to the club), the Sync now button at the bottom of the board runs a full sync on demand.
Revenue numbers look low. Check the unattributed line first - revenue we could not trace to a campaign is listed there honestly instead of being sprinkled around to look pretty. Then check your date range. Then email us.
A deal shows "no value set". That is Keap telling you the deal has no value entered. We flag it in orange instead of pretending it is worth $0 on purpose - fill the value in Keap and the math firms up.
Something else. Email hello@myvitalassistant.com. A human reads it. Usually the same human who built the thing.
