Most of what can go wrong is on the wiring between MyVitalAssistant and the platforms it reads: a grant that expired, an ad account nobody picked, a website that stopped answering. Your Status page names every one of those, with what it is costing your numbers. But sometimes the problem is ours, and that is a different question.
When something is wrong on our side, a strip appears at the top of your Status page, above the tabs, saying which part is affected, whether it is down or merely slower, and what we know so far. It updates as we learn more and it says when it started. You can also just ask: Ask AI answers “is MyVitalAssistant down” from the same record.
When nothing is wrong, the strip says so, and it says how it knows: the one thing we measure directly is the refresh that recomputes everybody’s numbers, and the line tells you when that last ran. That is a fact you can check rather than a reassurance.
What it is not is a guarantee, and it says that too. The page is served by the very thing it reports on, so if MyVitalAssistant were completely unreachable this page would not have loaded either - you would get a connection error, which is its own answer. Everything in between, a connector of ours failing or a service we depend on going down, is what we declare here as soon as we know.
Your numbers are recomputed several times a day. If that run has not started when it should have, your Status page says so by itself, in those words: nothing on your dashboard is wrong, it is simply not getting newer. That is deliberately a statement about what we measured rather than a conclusion, because the numbers you are looking at may be perfectly current from the run before.
