Until now Ask AI answered questions and could change your snapshot rail. As of v1.1 it can shape three more things, and every one of them follows the same rule: Ask AI proposes, and you decide.
Ask for a look rather than a number: “show me last quarter, Google only”, “hide the brief and put calls first”, “revenue and leads as trends”. From the dashboard panel the board rearranges on the spot: the range, the comparison, one filter, the chart mode, which tiles show, their size, their order. From the Ask AI home you get a link, See it on the dashboard, that opens the same arrangement.
An arrangement is a look, not a layout. It never touches the dashboard you built, the same way opening somebody else’s shared board never does. A line under the board says so and offers two buttons: Save as report keeps it under a name in Saved reports, and Put back returns your own board. Ask for “a report” instead and Ask AI saves one outright, as it always has.
Owners and admins can say “whenever a call is missed, tag them Callback” or “tag buyers of the cleaning kit”. Ask AI resolves the tag, the field, the product or the stage against what your CRM actually holds, then opens the recipe editor on the Status page with everything filled in and a note saying where it came from. The recipe runs only after you press Save recipe. A tag your CRM does not have is refused rather than invented.
Owners and admins can say “ignore anyone tagged Spam”, “only count leads owned by Brett” or “leads where Client is Pool Builder Marketing”. Names are matched to your CRM’s tags, users and fields, and Settings opens on the Lead rules card with the picks made. Nothing counts differently until you press Save lead rules.
Ask for a figure the fixed tiles do not show and say you want it on the dashboard: “pin revenue from the brand campaign for the last 90 days”, “add a tile ranking my top five customers this year”. From the dashboard panel that is where it lands by default. The tile appears on the board beside the fixed tiles, up to eight of them, each computed by the server from your published numbers every time the page loads, in the window the tile names. It is a query, never a stored number, so it cannot go stale. The small x on a tile removes it, and the Undo under the answer does the same. Tiles are yours, like your layout: another person on the account sees their own.
“Show ROAS as a gauge”, “my ROAS goal is 5x”. The picture and the goal save as your preference at once, the same way a colour does, and the pill under the tile changes them back.
The dashboard’s accent, the colour of the figure each card is about and of the buttons, is yours to pick: orange, blue, purple or gold, with soft, round or square corners. Set it under Library on the dashboard, or ask: “make my dashboard blue”, “square corners”, “back to orange”. A look on its own is saved as your preference the moment it applies, so it follows you to every device, and the Library changes it back. Green and red are never accents: they always mean good news and bad news, whatever colour the rest of the board wears. A saved report remembers the look it was made in.
Save a layout over yours, write into your CRM, or change whose leads count on its own. Members can arrange the dashboard; recipes and lead rules are offered only to owners and admins, because that is who can save them by hand. A drafted recipe or rule set expires after an hour if nobody saves it, and can simply be asked for again.
