You ask your numbers questions all day. This is where you ask us.

The Launchpad: what is left to set up, and what each one is costing you

The Launchpad is the checklist of everything that makes your dashboard complete, and it appears in the sidebar while anything is still outstanding. When the list is finished it steps out of the way; you can always reopen it from Status → Setup.

It says what each step is COSTING you, not just that it is undone

A checklist that only ticks boxes tells you nothing about which box matters. So each outstanding step carries the consequence in your own terms: an ad account connected with no ad account chosen reads “connected, but no ad account is chosen yet, so no spend is read”, which is the sentence that explains an empty ROAS figure. That is the order to work in: the steps that are making a number wrong, before the ones that would merely add another number.

Required steps and the rest

A few steps are required, because without them the core question has no answer: a CRM to read revenue from, an ad account to read spend from, and the tracking snippet that joins the two. The rest are worth doing and can wait, and some you can mark as not applicable, which takes them off the list without pretending they are done.

Ask AI knows this list

Ask what should I set up next and the answer comes from YOUR outstanding steps rather than from a generic list, including what each one is costing you today. Ask is anything broken and it reads your connection health the same way. Ask AI.

Why the order is not the order you would guess

Connecting a second ad platform feels like progress and often is not: if your snippet is not installed, neither platform’s spend can be joined to a sale, so you would be adding a number that cannot be attributed. The Launchpad puts the joins before the sources for that reason.
