HighLevel connects from its own marketplace: Settings → Connections → Connect HighLevel sends you there, you pick the location, approve, and you land back here connected. Contacts, pipelines, and won revenue from that location join the same report Keap accounts get, and web attribution written by our tracking lands on the HighLevel contact itself.
If you ever disconnect and want to reconnect, uninstall MyVitalAssistant inside HighLevel first (Settings, Integrations in your location). HighLevel will not run the connect flow again while the app is still installed there; it dead ends instead of asking you to approve again. Uninstall, then connect from our side, and it works. We say this on the disconnect button too, but nobody reads confirmation dialogs, including us.
HighLevel accounts count revenue from the pipeline: a deal moved to won is the money event, valued at the deal's amount. That is the honest reading of how HighLevel models a sale. If your deals carry no values, your revenue will read low and the fix is discipline in the pipeline, not settings in here.
Our WordPress plugin captures submissions from WordPress form plugins, Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity, Fluent, Ninja, Formidable, Elementor, on any site it is installed on, HighLevel accounts included. A HighLevel form EMBEDDED on your site is different: it submits from inside its own frame straight to HighLevel, never touching WordPress, so no WordPress plugin can see it, ours or anyone's. Those leads still reach your HighLevel; their web attribution comes from HighLevel's own tracking or from our Tracking Forms instead.
